Way to persever...Good for you for giving it a try. Way to persevere! I really enjoyed P&P, but Austen requires more "thinking" than other writers. I have to be in the right mood for it. If you get the itch to try another classic, try Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. It is an AMAZING story and not as hard to read as Austen... not even close!
